Über
*Key Responsibilities*
* Act as first point of contact for support requests (phone, email, ticketing system)
* Log, prioritise, and manage tickets
* Provide 1st line support, including:
* Password resets and access issues
* Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
* Basic network issues
* Carry out remote diagnostics and escalate where required
* Perform daily checks (e.g. backups, alerts)
* Assist with device setup and small projects
* Attend customer sites when required
*Skills & Experience*
* Experience in a helpdesk or MSP environment
* Knowledge of:
* Microsoft 365
* Active Directory / Entra ID
* Basic networking (DNS, DHCP)
* Understanding of backups, security tools, and hardware troubleshooting
*Desirable: VoIP, RMM tools, cybersecurity solutions*
*Working Hours & Location*
* Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
* Office-based (Mold, North Wales)
* No out-of-hours work
* Company vehicle provided for site visits
