Hudson Drug Store is a community pharmacy in Bolivar, Tennessee, proudly serving our town for over 100 years. We are a small-town rural pharmacy that values personal service, strong patient relationships, and a supportive work environment.
We are seeking a *Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)* to join our team. This position offers *flexible hours from 30 to 40 hours per week* with a schedule that supports work-life balance. There is usually 2 pharmacist working on most days. It is possible that one of the other pharmacist would take the position. With that said, I encourage new grads and pharmacists just wanting a staff position to apply.
*Store Hours:*
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Closed Sunday
At Hudson Drug Store, staffing is a priority. We offer *strong technician and support help*, and unlike many big box environments, *we do not cut staffing every other week*. We believe pharmacists should be able to focus on patient care, safety, and service without constantly fighting understaffing.
*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee daily pharmacy operations as Pharmacist-in-Charge
* Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
* Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
* Counsel patients and provide high-quality customer service
* Supervise and support pharmacy staff
* Maintain inventory and workflow oversight
* Foster strong relationships with patients, providers, and the local community
*Qualifications:*
* Active pharmacist license in Tennessee
* PIC experience preferred, but strong pharmacists with leadership ability are encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Commitment to patient care and community pharmacy practice

Pay: $56.62 - $68.18 per hour
