The Welder is responsible for performing welding operations according to established procedures, engineering requirements, and quality standards to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Duties
Perform welding operations following drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to standards Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures Pay
$18–$21 per hour
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:20 PM
Experience and Skill Requirements
Minimum 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols Experience with welding tools, equipment, and safety practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees
