Über
What you will do Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, Helm deployments, and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deployments. Monitor system health and respond to incidents. Manage data pipelines and database infrastructure (Aurora, Snowflake, CDC pipelines). Partner with the Director of Engineering to define and execute infrastructure strategy. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. About you 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or an Infrastructure Engineering role. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps principles, and Crossplane. Experience with CI/CD tools and solid scripting skills in Bash and Python. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Nice to Have Experience with data infrastructure (Snowflake, CDC pipelines, Aurora). Experience deploying and managing AI agents in production environments. Cloud cost optimization experience. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
