Our aim is to significantly enhance the developer experience by streamlining service change management workflows while enabling effective local debugging and global software distribution. Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities In this role, you will utilize your technical, research, and analytical skills to work with diverse teams in shaping the next-generation OCI Service Platform. As a consulting member of the technical staff, you will play a leadership role overseeing design, development, and operational processes, conducting design reviews, and mentoring fellow team members. Preferred Skills & Experience 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record of successful teamwork.
Experience in technical leadership, guiding the architecture, design, and implementation of complex software systems.
Proven experience in mentoring engineers.
Proficient in software development, particularly with Java.
Expertise in developing and operating hosted software solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, etc.).
Familiarity with OCI is advantageous.
Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and scalable workflows is a plus.
