Over the next 3 to 4 years, we will be undertaking heavy construction and civil engineering works across various industrial fronts, starting with enabling works in Q3: 2025.

Your Role as a Package EngineerAs a vital member of our project team, reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, you will:
- Oversee the design, coordination, and management of multiple subcontractors across various trades.
- Interface with internal departments and external agencies, including Architects, Engineers, and Site Staff.
- Ensure that SRM's obligations to subcontractors are clearly understood and fulfilled.
- Organize and conduct regular site progress meetings to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Keep the Chief Engineer and Project Manager/Project Director updated on all project issues.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Can prepare a 3-week look-ahead programme with the help of a project planner.
- Has proven experience in package management.
- Possesses knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations.
- Is working towards or has a construction industry-related professional membership (e.g., ICE, CIOB, RICS).
- Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator is a plus!
