Package Engineer

Over the next 3 to 4 years, we will be undertaking heavy construction and civil engineering works across various industrial fronts, starting with enabling works in Q3: 2025.

As a vital member of our project team, reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, you will:

• Oversee the design, coordination, and management of multiple subcontractors across various trades.
• Interface with internal departments and external agencies, including Architects, Engineers, and Site Staff.
• Ensure that SRM's obligations to subcontractors are clearly understood and fulfilled.
• Organize and conduct regular site progress meetings to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
• Keep the Chief Engineer and Project Manager/Project Director updated on all project issues.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Can prepare a 3-week look-ahead programme with the help of a project planner.
• Has proven experience in package management.
• Possesses knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations.
• Is working towards or has a construction industry-related professional membership (e.g., ICE, CIOB, RICS).
• Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator is a plus!
