Over the next 3 to 4 years, we will be undertaking heavy construction and civil engineering works across various industrial fronts, starting with enabling works in Q3: 2025.

The Package Engineer RoleAs a vital member of our project team, reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will:
- Oversee the design, coordination, and management of various subcontractors.
- Interface with internal departments and external agencies, including Architects, Engineers, and Site Staff.
- Ensure SRM obligations to subcontractors are clearly understood and met.
- Organize and conduct regular site progress meetings to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Keep the Chief Engineer and Project Manager updated on all project issues.
We are looking for someone with a focus on setting out, who ideally:
- Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Can prepare a 3-week look-ahead programme with the assistance of a project planner.
- Has proven experience in package management.
- Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator is a plus.
- Is knowledgeable about building products, construction details, and relevant regulations.
- Is working towards a construction industry-related professional membership (e.g., ICE, CIOB, RICS).
