**Overview:**
Weu2019re looking for an
**Execution Specialist u2013 Meat & Seafood**
to join our team and help elevate performance across our retail network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastu2011paced environment, enjoys partnering with store teams, and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
Youu2019ll play a key role in supporting department standards, training, and execution across our banners, ensuring our customers experience the very best in Meat & Seafood.
**Hereu2019s where youu2019ll be focusing:**
_Drive performance based on DESu2011defined priorities_
Articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) to store and department management
Assist in the creation of action plans and budgets; problemu2011solve with store management
Respond to questions from department managers on sales techniques and cost controls
_Collaborate with store management on priorities and industryu2011leading standards_
Communicate department priorities and best practices to Retail Management and Operations
Continually assess the effectiveness of standards and provide feedback for improvement
_Manage functional and technical training for Retail Managers_
Coordinate training logistics and lead sessions regularly
Serve as a resource for department managers in your area of expertise
Implement curriculum and content created by Operations Standards & Planning
Assess training quality and delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement
_Drive employee engagement and customer experience_
Integrate employee engagement behaviours and customer experience attributes into department materials and communication
_Monitor compliance within the department_
Review compliance results, including Integrated Health Management and Food Safety
Report trends and opportunities to department store management
**What you have to offer:**
An undergraduate degree and about 5 years of relevant experience
Experience leading a store department within a retail environment
Experience working with both corporate and franchise store networks
Strong communication and relationshipu2011building skills
Ability to influence without authority and support teams through change
Comfort working in a fastu2011paced, multiu2011stakeholder environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive execution
Willingness and ability to travel to multiple store sites
