ADDA is partnering with a lead MSP in New York. They are looking for a reliable and organized Hardware Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day movement and coordination of hardware used by our technical teams and clients. This is a hands-on role that helps ensure equipment is ordered, received, organized, and prepared for deployment. You will work closely with our Procurement Manager and operations team to track orders, receive shipments, organize inventory, and help prepare equipment for client projects. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person. What You'll Do Assist with ordering hardware and equipment from approved vendors Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines Receive and unpack incoming hardware shipments Organize and maintain equipment inventory Prepare and package equipment for shipment to clients Coordinate outgoing shipments when needed Keep purchasing and inventory records organized Communicate with vendors regarding order updates or shipment status Support the Procurement Manager with day-to-day logistics and hardware coordination What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a warehouse or operations environment Basic computer skills (Google Sheets or Excel helpful) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn new systems and processes Previous experience in logistics, warehouse work, inventory management, or purchasing is a plus, but not required.
