Sr. Systems Administrator Radiology Administration
The Sr. Systems Administrator will: Coordinate infrastructure installation/upgrade/support activities between Mckesson, infrastructure personnel, and systems analysts. Work as a liaison between the SPUH infrastructure team, Clinical/Business IT teams, and Mckesson support to ensure that infrastructure/Paragon related patches, updates, environment changes, and upgrades are properly prepared for and communicated to Clinical/Business IT teams. Be responsible for monitoring clinical system backups, and ensuring that all paragon/infrastructure monitoring technologies are functional and enhanced as needed. Perform systems administration and management activities for the assigned system i.e., day- to-day maintenance, system patches, performance monitoring, and assurance that backup and archival procedures are executed per guidelines. Support applications throughout the hospital in terms of product evaluation, hardware/software resource requirements, installation, and ongoing support. Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Certification from a certified computer school Minimum of five (5) years of systems administration experience. Capability to prioritize and organize heavy workflow. Equipment operated: Windows Servers, Network Appliances, Computers, PDAs. Proficient with Microsoft Products, commands and utilities. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work weekends, holidays and nights if required.
Salary Range: 85,467.00 - 141,066.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including
job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
