This is a backshift position, where you'll work from late afternoon into the evening, Monday to Friday. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead a dynamic team of engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver projects with the utmost safety and performance standards.
• Ensure technical compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Monitor project progress and assess potential risks and opportunities daily across design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Develop and implement Temporary Works proposals.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with the client team.

• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Experience in delivering multi-million-pound nuclear projects or similar regulated environments.
• Strong background in reinforced concrete construction.
• In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
