Manage difficult conversations following company procedures, recording and escalating feedback when necessary. Work towards achieving sales KPIs, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a target-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets. Confidence in handling objections and problem-solving. Proficiency with CRM/CMS systems and general IT literacy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
