Data Analyst & BI Lead

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business. You’ll own the end-to-end Power BI platform while delivering high-quality analytics and insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Power BI platform, including governance, performance, and optimal utilization of licenses and capacities
• Lead continuous improvement through workspace strategy, refresh performance, Data Pipelines, and dataset optimization.
• Design and deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Manage support, escalations, and ensure business continuity for BI solutions

Skills & Experience Required

• 5-8 years of experience in Power BI and Data Engineering, with atleast 3 years of experience in FMCG
• Strong expertise in Power BI (development, data modeling, performance optimization)
• Solid understanding of data engineering and data architecture concepts
• Ability to operate in a techno-functional role, bridging business and technology
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Educational Qualification

• MBA / B.Tech (Analytics or related field)
