What you’ll do:
Work with the existing team to develop an annual business plan for each department and monitor its progress throughout the year;
Manage the branch budget to meet the financial objectives established with the team, and propose an action plan in situations requiring corrective measures;
Regularly review key performance indicators for operations and address issues and opportunities;
Ensure compliance with the business processes established by the company;
Ensure the proper functioning and security of the Beauce building;
Represent the company and act as the point of contact for existing and future clients (major accounts) to implement business strategies, ensure optimal customer service, and manage issues as needed;
Ensure customer satisfaction across all departments and address customer complaints in collaboration with your team;
Ensure that sufficient staff are on hand to effectively cover departments during various operating hours;
Manage, motivate, and train department staff to maximize human capital performance and maintain a healthy work environment.
