Technical Consultation : Provide expert-level technical support for complex customer challenges and lead the development of innovative concepts tailored to meet technical and commercial requirements.
Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Attend customer meetings to gather information and assess project suitability.
Proposal Development : Lead the creation of high-quality, customized proposals, incorporating detailed technical concepts, cost estimates, and risk assessments. Ensure proposals align with customer needs and industry standards.
Customer Engagement : Present technical concepts and solutions to customers, highlighting Ascential’s capabilities and value propositions. Manage customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and manufacturing, to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposals with company capabilities.
Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior applications engineers, fostering their development and ensuring consistency in the quality of work produced by the team.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to enhance Ascential’s technical offerings. Drive continuous improvement in proposal processes and customer support.
Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000
