*What You’ll Do:*
* Deliver 1:1 personalized care rooted in evidence-based practice
* Develop and evolve individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery
* Work with a wide range of patients — from athletes to post-op clients — with a focus on orthopedics, sports medicine, and rehab
* Track and celebrate progress through detailed assessments and documentation
* Collaborate closely with fellow PTs, staff, and referring providers to ensure seamless, integrated care
* Educate patients and their families to empower them beyond the clinic
* Contribute ideas, energy, and expertise to our growing community — whether it's clinical innovation, events, digital content, or team development
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Masters or Doctoral (DPT) Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Valid License to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts
* Experience in outpatient orthopedics
* A strong clinical foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
* Compassionate communicator with the ability to motivate and engage patients
* Someone who’s independently driven but thrives as part of a supportive team
* Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive, people-centered clinic culture
*Compensation & Perks:*
* Expected hours: Full Time (flexible schedule available)
* Salary Range: $88,000-$105,000
