Sales Support Team Member
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales support team member to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to assist with sales processes, client interactions, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Utilize computer systems and databases to accurately input client data, generate quotes, and perform essential job functions. Prepare client quotes and provide support to the sales team as needed. Respond to client inquiries about products and services using Zendesk and pre-defined macros. Maintain organized and updated records within CRM and ERP systems. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless support and service. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction. Assist in auditing and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Handle inbound calls and address client needs promptly and professionally. Stay informed about company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information. Support enterprise resource planning initiatives and configure price quote tasks as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in web environments, search engines, and communication tools. Strong command of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Zendesk. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, including Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle inbound calls and client inquiries with professionalism. Experience in auditing and billing functions is preferred. Knowledge of financial services and enterprise resource planning solutions is a plus.
