About the Role: We’re seeking a
senior Program Manager
to drive
on-time delivery
across complex initiatives supporting
client's ecommerce services —platform capabilities that power buyer and seller experiences. This role is execution-focused and partners closely with
Product, Engineering, and Design
teams. Strong
program management fundamentals
matter more than deep design or UX expertise. What You’ll Do: Own
delivery execution , timelines, and
release predictability Drive clarity across ambiguity; define goals, plans, and dependencies Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design Support initiatives across
payments, regulatory flows, seller tools, shipping, and buyer transactions Use
AI tools
to improve efficiency (notes, action items, documentation) What We’re Looking For: 8–10+ years
of Program Management experience Experience with xywuqvp
online commerce or marketplace platforms Experience working with
product and/or engineering teams Ability to quickly adapt to new tools (Figma/Airtable experience nice to have) Strong delivery, accountability, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: Experience with payments, compliance, or fulfillment systems Exposure to AI tools like
ChatGPT or Gemini
