Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role. Proficiency in advanced visualization and data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI (maybe Python and SQL). Experience with data governance and process management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with HR/Learning data preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with global teams. Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, with the ability to tailor data-driven results to various audience levels. Able to work unsupervised and efficiently while designing, implementing, and documenting processes to ensure high-quality work. Detail-oriented, expected to ensure the highest level of quality and rigor in reports and data analysis. Exhibit intellectual curiosity and strive to continually learn. Flexible, adaptable, and able to think quickly. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in using Generative AI tools for reporting and analytics is preferred. This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 134,600.00 to 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
