Overview
The HR Business Analyst serves as a key partner between HR functional teams and HR technology platforms. This role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and automating HR processes to drive operational excellence, improve data integrity, and enable scalable solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of HR processes, and hands-on experience with modern automation and reporting tools.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
HR Technology & Systems Enablement Act as a subject-matter expert on HR technology capabilities, integrations, and system functionality.
Partner with HRIT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize HR systems and tools. Support configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements, new features, and automation solutions. Process Analysis, Optimization & Automation Document, analyze, and improve HR business processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, payroll, performance, compensation, offboarding). Identify overly manual or inefficient workflows and lead initiatives to streamline or automate them, including requirement gathering by partnering with key stakeholders Lead and support automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, or other workflow automation platforms. Design scalable, user-friendly automations that reduce manual work and increase process consistency. Data Management, Reporting & Analytics Understand HR data inputs, outputs, and data flows across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy. Support data mapping efforts and ensure alignment in data definitions and usage across teams. Monitor data quality, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI and other reporting tools. Ensure HR leaders and stakeholders have access to clean, timely, and actionable insights. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication Communicate changes, insights, and recommendations in a clear and business-friendly manner. Provide training, documentation, and support to HR users on new processes, dashboards, or tools.
Qualifications
Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, HR systems, or business process analysis. Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle workflows. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and data visualization best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Experience with Alteryx for data workflow automation. Knowledge of UKG (Pro, Dimensions, or Ready), including configuration or reporting capabilities. Experience supporting HRIS implementations, system upgrades, or integrations. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Please note

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
