We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various chiropractic techniques and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, and providing effective treatment to alleviate pain and improve overall function.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their chiropractic needs.
* Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's specific condition and goals.
* Utilize various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy and acute pain management strategies, to provide effective treatment.
* Monitor patient progress through regular observation and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
* Educate patients on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including exercise, nutrition, and ergonomics.
* Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with medical terminology standards and practice regulations.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid NY state license to practice chiropractic medicine.
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pain management techniques.
* Experience or training in occupational health is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and developing effective care plans.
* Excellent patient observation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
