As a Digital Construction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of BIM solutions throughout the project lifecycle—from bid stage to completion and handover. Supported by the Digital Construction Manager, you will:

• Serve as the go-to expert for technical knowledge and innovative solutions
• Conduct training sessions and problem-solving workshops to empower your colleagues
• Facilitate clash resolution meetings to address and resolve issues
• Ensure effective use of Digital Construction & Innovation as part of our business strategy

We’re looking for someone who has:

• An in-depth working knowledge of Revit & Navisworks
• A solid understanding of producing 3D models and data input
• Experience in auditing models for BEP compliance and understanding of LODs
• Experience managing clash detection and resolution meetings
• Experience with 4D construction planning using Synchro (preferred)
• A keen interest in new and emerging construction technology
