Travel RN – Critical Care (ICU & Med Surg Stepdown) Facility Location: Manitowoc, WI Unit: Critical Care – ICU & Med Surg Stepdown Shift: (Not specified – confirm with recruiter) Contract Length: (Typically 13 weeks unless otherwise noted) Start Dates: Rolling Unit Overview This is a combined 18-bed unit split between: 6-bed ICU (located on the back side of hospital) 12-bed Med Surg Stepdown (lakeside/front of hospital) Nurses are expected to float between both ICU and Stepdown depending on patient census and acuity. Staffing & Ratios ICU RN Ratios: 1:2–3 (acuity-based) Stepdown RN Ratios: 1:4–5 (depending on medical patient load) Support Staff: 4–5 RNs per shift 1–3 CNAs depending on census Dedicated HUC/Telemetry Tech 24/7
