*Job Overview*
The CNA is a versatile worker that provides vibrant living, wellness and personal care to the residents of the Redbud Village to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. While this care is provided under the leadership of a professional nurse, the CNA is the residents’ closest advocate and is expected to take initiative and ensure that residents are cared for in a holistic manner. The CNA promotes the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building. All CNA tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.
*Duties*
● Attend to all resident personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs based on each resident’s negotiated service agreement.
● Support resident in self-care and provide care as necessary for those unable to care for their own needs.
●Follows universal precautions, proper infection control, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities
*Requirements*
* Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent training is required.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
* Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed within the healthcare facility.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
