*Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Arris Healthcare. In this role, you will provide essential respiratory care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, focusing on ventilator management, trach care, and other respiratory needs. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.
*Responsibilities*
* Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and assess patient vital signs and respiratory status regularly.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate care plans.
* Utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide superior respiratory care.
* Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
*Requirements*
* Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to respiratory care.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
