Contract type: fulltime, 6 months duration starting asap Responsibilities

1. Artwork project management (50%)

• Lead the end-to-end process for the execution of +100 artworks,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure artwork timelines, accuracy and approvals are met,

• Monitor progress and update internal systems to reflect the status of all artwork-related tasks,

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across artwork assets.

2.Trade Show Planning & Execution and brand operations support (50%)

• Support the project management and coordination of teams involved in large-scale trade show events,

• Develop timelines, manage logistics and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders,

• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all event components,

• Assist in budgeting, vendor coordination and on-site logistics,

• Create and adapt one-pagers and sales tools,

• Organise and maintain content hub assets, including updating images and materials,

• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks to support brand managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field,

• A first solid experience in project coordination, marketing operations or similar roles,

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and apply strong business acumen in communication and handling priorities

• Highly adaptable with strong competencies in thriving within fast-paced, dynamic and matrix environments.
