Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care for Stepdown unit patients, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. Monitor and assess patient conditions, manage treatments, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in orientation programs and ongoing education to uphold best practices. Complete all required screenings and clearances prior to assignment start. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current PA Registered Nurse (RN) license with Stepdown experience. Must have complete and clear PA background screenings before starting, including:
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance PA Department of Human Services and FBI fingerprinting (within last 2 years or new) PA State Police Clearance (no volunteer clearance accepted)
Ability to travel or relocate 60+ miles from your current location. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
