Can translate analytics into compelling narratives and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of various data environments and tools. High-level understanding of manipulating data from a variety of sources. Big data experience (Hadoop, Hive, Spark), data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) and/or SQL experience are critical skills - this role is about both doing and delivering. Strong verbal, written, motivational and interpersonal skills are required. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python, with a foundational understanding of machine learning concepts. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making. This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
