Job Summary: We are looking for a high energy, driven, Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and strategic multi-channel outreach to book qualified meetings for the Sales Team. The SDR will research target accounts, identify key technical and executive stakeholders, and prioritize organizations based on infrastructure fit and growth signals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage senior decision makers in meaningful business conversations. While they don't close the sale, the SDR will collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to break into strategic accounts and support pipeline growth. This role also requires maintaining accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce and sales engagement tools. Candidates should be highly driven, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
Contact new prospects through cold calls and emails
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate related products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships
Qualify and contact potential net new customers
Daily Metrics achieved (Calls, Emails, etc.)
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience leveraging a multi-threaded sales approach (Cold Email, LinkedIn, Cold Call, Social Media) Preferred
Bachelors Degree in business administration, Communication, Marketing or related subjects
1 year of SDR experience selling to Enterprise Organizations Preferred
Experience in using an Outbound Prospecting Strategy Preferred
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Experience with cadence software (e.g. Outreach, SalesLoft)
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Aptitude for utilizing data, insights & resources to develop a compelling selling story
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.

Salary Range
$31/hour - $34/hour
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
