Principal Developer Full Stack (Sofia, BG)

What  You’ll  Do  

You will be the driving force behind our next-generation applications.  
Think  Java 17+ ,  Spring Boot ,  Angular ,  microservices ,  Azure-native  deployments,  event-driven  workflows, and  AI-assisted development  baked into the lifecycle.  

You’ll architect. You’ll build. You’ll lead.  
And you’ll raise the bar for engineering excellence across performance, security, testing, DevOps, and cloud scalability.  

Need to Have  -   Your Essential s  

• Expert mastery of  Java (17+) ,  Spring Boot , and building distributed systems  

• Strong full-stack skills with  Angular  and modern JavaScript/TypeScript  

• Hands-on experience deploying to  Azure  (AKS, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure SQL)  

• Solid command of  Docker , microservices, and core Kubernetes concepts  

• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.)  

• Strong grounding in  event-driven architecture  and messaging (JMS, queues, topics)  

• Deep understanding of  performance ,  security , and  observability  

• Experience driving automation:  CI/CD , testing, DevSecOps  

• Leadership skills - mentoring, coaching, guiding architectural direction  

• A strategic mindset, excellent communication, and a passion for modern engineering  

Nice to Have  

• TDD/BDD experience  

• SAFe or scaled agile planning familiarity  

• Contract-first API design with OpenAPI  

• Understanding of micro-frontends & module federation  

• GitOps knowledge  

• Interest in AI-driven engineering practices
