We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory Control Specialist for our distribution center in San Diego, California. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory within the logistics framework. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and ensuring the overall organization and cleanliness of warehouse stock areas. A critical aspect of this role involves meticulous data entry and analysis to identify trends and suggest improvements. The ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting, up to 30 pounds, is necessary. Safety is a core value; you must strictly adhere to all Safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE. Experience with inventory management software and a strong understanding of warehouse logistics are required. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
