Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Waterloo, IA
Pay: Up to $18/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for a community in Waterloo, IA . We are seeking a leasing professional with prior experience who can support daily leasing operations and provide excellent service to residents and prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Process applications and lease paperwork
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Provide strong customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with marketing and occupancy efforts
• Support office operations as needed

Requirements:

• Apartment leasing experience required
• LIHTC experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and administrative skills
