Architecture & Design Manager Do you build trusted relationships across the architecture & design community and thrive in market-facing work? You'll Support Meaningful Work By: -Building relationships with 10+ targeted architecture & design firms to develop new business
-Collaborating with dealer partners to strengthen engagement and drive opportunities
-Supporting account activities alongside Client Business Managers (CBMs)
-Leading complex, large-volume projects from concept through execution
-Managing administrative tasks such as CRM updates and event coordination
-Attending networking events and industry functions to expand market presence
-Developing strategic pricing strategies to support competitive bids
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience engaging with the Architecture & Design (A&D) community
Market development and sales experience
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to attend networking events (2-4 nights/week)
Experience in collaborative selling and managing complex projects
Proficiency in pricing strategies and basic administrative tasks
Must be based in Seattle
Desired Skills and Experience: -Experience in the furniture industry
-Ability to connect with emerging designers and influencers
-Strong existing network within the A&D community
-Experience working with dealer partners and showroom engagement
-Strong presentation and networking skills
-Comfort with long sales cycles and team-based selling
