The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and rehabilitation techniques to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work in a beautiful, established clinic with a large gym and windows that make you feel like you are treating outdoors. We offer many tools, modalities and teamwork among therapists and staff to help provide optimal care and get the results we work hard to achieve.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions from care settings.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
*Skills*
* Proficient in medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.
* Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred.
* Knowledge of orthopedics and common musculoskeletal conditions.
* Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures for patient care.
* Strong understanding of anatomy and its application in rehabilitation.
* Experience with home health services and community care programs is a plus.
* Ability to effectively plan for patient discharge to ensure continuity of care.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
