Your Role: As a Mobile Equipment Engineer, you will operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and various production systems in assigned facilities. Your goal is to achieve optimal operating results while prolonging the life of the equipment. You are expected to work preventively to reduce downtime and keep accurate records of operations and repairs. Your focus will be on the effective operation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R systems, utilizing your technical expertise in various related fields. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other facility systems. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and related facilities. Familiarize yourself with the equipment and the methods necessary for effective operation. Conduct facility inspections, reporting on conditions affecting client operations. Submit daily P-card receipts. Update work order status in real time. Utilize CMMS systems, such as Corrigo, for tracking work performed. Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. Be available for call-in work and assist with additional duties as needed. Required Qualifications: Universal CFC recovery certification (obtainable within 90 days of employment). A minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using CMMS (Work Order) systems. Proficient in computer applications including Word and Excel. Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC. Work Location:
