Finance Data Analyst
The Finance Data Analyst partners with Finance, Business Operations, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality analytics and business intelligence that enable data-driven decision-making. This role translates financial and operational needs into actionable data solutions, supports data governance initiatives, and continuously improves reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Key Responsibilities
Partner with financial stakeholders, business operations, and technology teams on transformation initiatives by translating business and functional requirements into data requirements and data contracts. Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support financial reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making. Support the development and ongoing facilitation of financial data quality and data governance programs. Respond to ad hoc financial data and reporting requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Evaluate, streamline, and optimize manual processes and legacy reporting to improve efficiency, data integrity, and scalability. Act as a liaison between finance, business operations, and technology teams to address evolving business challenges and enable effective data solutions. Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience working with financial data and systems in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role. Proficiency in data querying and analysis using SQL, Python, or comparable tools. Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Experience working with ERP systems and financial data structures. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred
Experience in planning and/or project management. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry experience. Core Competencies

$77,900.00 - $120,950.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
