On a typical day you will: Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation. Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products Close deals independently Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log Plan and forecast orders on annual quarterly and monthly base Collaborate with sales support and delivery team Work in cross functional teams for complex bids/RFQ's Be a role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers
