The RoleIn this full-time, term-time position starting in September 2026 , you will have the opportunity to:
- Teach a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant.
- Motivate and inspire students through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure a high standard of education.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Successful experience in SEN teaching.
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the success of every pupil.
As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
