The
Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst reports to the Manager of Analytics and works closely with analysts across the business supporting leadership by analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to improve strategies.
Responsibilities Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Tableau to provide self-service insights across the organization Collaborate independently with stakeholders at various levels to define, document, and refine business requirements Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with other reports Use SQL to extract, transform, and manipulate data from the data warehouse Troubleshoot and resolve report or dashboard issues as needed Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience with Tableau Proficient in SQL with 2 years of experience extracting, transforming, and validating data Proficiency in Tableau, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for self-service insights Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses and large data sets Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting insights Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance processes Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Preferred Skills and Experience
Exposure to AWS Administrator knowledge of Tableau Key Competencies and Attributes
Demonstrates attention to detail and ensures accuracy and consistency in all reports and visualizations Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Analytics Proactive and solution-oriented, able to troubleshoot and resolve reporting or data issues efficiently Innovative thinking, identifying opportunities to improve processes, dashboards, and reporting capabilities Strong business acumen, understanding trends and providing insights that drive actionable strategies Committed to continuous learning and staying current with analytics tools and best practices Work Arrangement
Based at ampliFI's Naperville, IL Corporate office, this hybrid role requires onsite reporting Tuesday-Thursday weekly. National remote opportunities require residency in one of the following states AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI. Physical Requirements
This role involves sitting or standing for extended periods, using computers, phones, and other office equipment. Visual acuity and manual dexterity are needed for reading documents and handling materials. Occasional lifting of items up to 20 lbs. and frequent phone communication is required.

The compensation range listed below represents the potential salary for this role at the time of posting. However, the final salary may be higher or lower than the stated range, and this range may be adjusted in the future. An employee's placement within the salary range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the needs of the business or organization. The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000.
