Roles & Responsibilities
Lead application development using
Java, Spring, Microservices, and JPA . Design, develop, and deploy solutions in a
hybrid cloud environment
with
Azure DevOps . Build and manage
YAML pipelines
for automated deployments. Oversee the
CI/CD process
and ensure seamless integration and release management. Collaborate closely with
Product Owners
to gather requirements and translate them into user stories. Take ownership of end-to-end application delivery, from design to deployment. Provide technical guidance and mentor team members when needed. Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years
of experience in
Java application development . Strong expertise in
Spring Framework ,
Microservices Architecture , and
JPA/Hibernate . Proven experience with
Azure DevOps ,
YAML pipeline creation , and
release management . Hands-on experience with
CI/CD automation . Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills for working with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage application development independently and drive projects to completion.
