*Position Summary*
We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered *Physical Therapist* to join our *Bozeman* team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys mentoring newer clinicians, and is committed to fostering clinical excellence. You’ll treat a diverse orthopedic and sports medicine caseload while helping guide our next generation of therapists.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of orthopedic conditions.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to new or early-career physical therapists.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to support onboarding, clinical quality initiatives, and professional development programs.
* Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and performance optimization.
* Maintain detailed and timely documentation in the EMR.
* Actively contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
* Current Montana PT license (or eligibility prior to start date).
* Minimum 3 years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and support other clinicians.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
