We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team! In this role, you will work with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals of all ages, particularly focusing on pediatrics and early intervention strategies.

*Duties*
* Provide speech, language and feeding therapy to patients from birth to 18. (Training provided for feeding and mentoring for your area(s) of interest).
* Conduct speech/language diagnostic testing.
* Supervise other speech therapy students/CFYs and assist them when needed.
* Assess the effectiveness of treatments and alter therapy as needed.
* Maintain confidential information about patients.
* Collaborate with other professionals/team members.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve communication skills.
* Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and therapeutic techniques.
* Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy practices.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to speech and language.
* Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech therapy practices.
* Compassionate approach to patient care with good communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
