As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for the finding, qualifying and presenting prospecting company data to the New Business Sales Team. You will also plan, implement, execute and monitor prospecting campaigns to feed into the sales population.
Main areas of responsibility - Hit agreed KPI's set by your manager, aimed at providing set levels of qualified data to the sales team. - Work closely with the sales team to agree defined prospecting campaigns to meet business needs. - Direct communication with prospecting companies to validate and further explore information and book new business appointments. - Collaborate with sales individuals to agree and build targeted prospecting campaigns. - Use our CRM to coordinate and executive multiple campaigns. - Use our data mining tool to build relevant lists and uncover information to help drive a successful campaign. - You will be required to validate data points by both email and phone - Answer incoming calls on the sales enquiry...
