Über

Solution 47 Recruitment have a superb opportunity for a B2B Sales Operations Coordinator to join growing client near to Enfield. With a strong start salary our client is looking for someone who has experience within a fast moving company and exceptional Customer liaising skills.
Duties:
B2B Order management ; manage trade/Wholesale order intake
Confirm pricing, discounts, allocations and lead times, back orders and subscriptions Customer Service: Provide proactive updates
Co-ordinate closely with Sales/Relationship Management on accounts, promotions and launches
Support account onboarding (terms, contacts, portal access) and maintain high levels of quality data Export & Shipping:
Book couriers/freight, arrange collections and manage carrier portals
Prepare and check export paperwork, commercial invoices, codes, intercoms- training will be given on this area Credit/Finance
Issue customer statements as required/liaise with finance and queries
Support overdue account by co-ordinating communication between Finance and Sales Many additional duties including Process ownership and systems
