Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Boise, Idaho! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. This role is diverse, involving various tasks that keep our logistics network running smoothly. You'll be involved in receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring that goods move efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers a great opportunity to learn various aspects of warehouse management and logistics. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification and training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock taking.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential; we provide thorough training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to consistently perform Lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics principles.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
