Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock received items into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform safe lifting and manual handling of products up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures, including PPE usage.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the logistics operations.
