Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training available).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and data entry.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform safe lifting and material handling duties as required.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and distribution process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
