Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training available).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and data entry.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Perform safe lifting and material handling duties as required.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and distribution process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
