We're hiring a skilled Material Handler for our warehouse in Boise, Idaho! This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing materials for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use provided PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and team goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the entire shift.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
