We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for quality control and shipping.
- Verify product counts and descriptions against orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly use required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Report any damaged products or equipment malfunctions to a supervisor.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Meet or exceed picking and packing productivity goals.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
This position requires the ability to work at a fast pace, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
