As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks critical to the order fulfillment process, including locating items in inventory, assembling orders, ensuring correct quantities and product types, and preparing packages for dispatch. We pride ourselves on our fast-paced environment and our commitment to customer satisfaction. This role demands accuracy, speed, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Proper use of PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, is required at all times. You should be comfortable with regular physical activity, including lifting packages up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy for quantity and product type.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
- Use required PPE consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
